Overview
A flags-and-geography trivia app with progressively harder quiz modes, built to be replayed rather than completed once.
Problem
Trivia apps tend to plateau in difficulty and lose replay value quickly once a user has seen most of the question bank once.
Solution
We built an adaptive difficulty layer that weights recently-missed regions more heavily, so the quiz naturally resurfaces weak spots instead of repeating the same random set.
Outcome
Delivered a fully offline-capable trivia app with an adaptive difficulty system that noticeably increased average session length in testing.

Design process
Bold, flag-forward visuals with a game-show-style reveal animation on answers, kept intentionally simple so the flags themselves stay the focal point of every screen.
Development process
Flutter app with a local SQLite question bank for offline play, and a lightweight scoring/adaptive-weighting algorithm implemented entirely client-side.
