Training is easier to keep up when someone's watching.

Overview
A social fitness tracker where workouts, streaks and progress photos are shared inside small accountability groups instead of a public feed.
Problem
Public fitness feeds create comparison fatigue and most users stop logging within weeks. The founder wanted retention to come from small-group accountability rather than vanity metrics.
Solution
We designed around groups of 4–8 people instead of a global feed, with a streak mechanic that rewards consistency inside the group rather than reach outside it.
Outcome
Shipped with eleven core screens and a reusable streak-tracking module now used as a starting point for other habit-based apps.
Key features
Workout logging with custom routines and rest timers
Small-group accountability circles with streak tracking
Progress photo timeline with private-by-default sharing
Weekly leaderboard scoped to each group, not the whole app
Push reminders tuned to a user's usual training times
Design process
The Figma design system used bold, high-contrast cards for workout entries so logging feels like a quick tap, not a form. Group screens were prioritised over the profile tab in the navigation order.
Development process
Flutter front end with Supabase for group data and row-level security, Firebase for push notifications and auth. Offline-first logging queues workouts locally and syncs once connectivity returns.
